Lpt178 Terms & Conditions – Full Rules of Malaysia's Betting Platform

In this lpt178 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined herein, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lpt178" refers to the online betting platform accessible via lpt178.bet and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account with lpt178.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds in MYR available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, free funds, or other benefits granted by lpt178 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Transaction" covers all financial activities on the lpt178 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers.
• "Services" refers to all games, sports betting, Live Casino, and other features offered by lpt178.

Lpt178 opens its services only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. It is the responsibility of each prospective member to ensure they satisfy all of these requirements before registering:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. lpt178 strictly prohibits the participation of any underage individual in any of its services.
• A Malaysian citizen or resident who is physically located in Malaysia at the time of using lpt178's services.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account at lpt178. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, constitute a serious breach of lpt178's terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. lpt178 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password for your lpt178 account — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Contact the lpt178 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Account details such as full name, identity card number, and phone number cannot be changed arbitrarily and must go through the verification process stipulated by lpt178.

Lpt178 reserves the right to freeze or suspend any member's account pending investigation if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.

Lpt178 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All accepted payment methods are Malaysian local options only. lpt178 supports the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, however lpt178 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits exceeding RM10,000 within 24 hours as part of anti-money laundering procedures.

Lpt178 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes throughout the day. However, the actual transfer time to your account also depends on the processing time of the respective payment service provider.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed by lpt178:

• Members must have completed identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid copy of their Malaysian identity card.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used — funds can only be returned to their original source.
• Any active bonus in the account must fully meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lpt178 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's name or personal information without their consent.
• Duplicate Accounts: Owning or operating more than one lpt178 account for any reason whatsoever.
• Bot Usage: Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using lpt178 as a channel to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Seeking out and exploiting vulnerabilities in the lpt178 bonus system to gain unintended advantages.

Lpt178 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
• A lawful authority has issued an order requiring lpt178 to freeze or close the account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their lpt178 account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.

Lpt178 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Valid betting outcomes that do not favour the member — as all games are based on fair odds.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any losses arising from the use of lpt178's services in breach of these terms and conditions.

Lpt178 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal data collected during the registration process and use of the lpt178 platform is handled in accordance with our lpt178 Privacy Policy which complies with the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of operating lpt178's services, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
• Lpt178 will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the lpt178 support team.

Lpt178 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through in-platform notifications on lpt178 at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the lpt178 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of the lpt178 platform and contact us to close your account.
